Rachel Richmond, Accounting Manager, has been employed with Principal Management Group of Houston (PMGH) since January 2009 after she left the homebuilding industry. Rachel began her career with PMGH as a Portfolio Community Manager, was quickly promoted to Collections Supervisor, Senior Team Leader, and recently was promoted to Accounting Manager. She had previous experience in accounting prior to teaming with PMGH to qualify her for this new role.

Since joining PMGH, Rachel Richmond has successfully completed the CMCA course, M-202 and M-204 through Community Associations Institute (CAI) with high aspirations of earning the PCAM designation.

Additionally, Rachel also has served as VP of Education for the Principal Speakers Toastmaster Club and continues to volunteer in various club roles. Rachel holds a strong interest in Associa PAC, ensuring increased awareness of new legislative laws to the employees at PMGH and also informs her colleagues, the significance of the voice of the management company and to be involved with Associa PAC.
