Lou Ann Hingley was responsible for Mid-Atlantic’s management client communities primarily located in Bucks County for nearly 20 years. She continues to oversee several on-site clients but has now transitioned from a supervisory role to company-wide responsibilities involving marketing, development, operations and client service.

A graduate of Shippensburg University with a BA in Education, Lou Ann began her association management experience in 1979 with a high-rise property and started with Mid-Atlantic in 1982. She earned her PCAM® in 1990. Lou Ann was the local CAI Chapter President in 1996 and has served as an instructor for a number of programs, including the nationally acclaimed ABC’s Program for homeowner leaders.
