Al Denys has 37 years of successful, progressive leadership and property management experience in both the private and federal sectors including 18 years in Hawaii association management.  

Al Denys is also an accredited Community Association Manager and holds several of Community Association Institute’s (CAI) property management designations to include Association Management Specialist (AMS®), Certified Manager of Community Associations (CMCA®) and CAI’s highest designation of Professional Community Association Manager (PCAM®).

He has also served as the President and Vice President for the Community Association Institute’s Hawaii Chapter and is a current member of the CAI’s Hawaii Legislative Action Committee. He received his baccalaureate degree from Saint Louis University and has a master degree in Management and Supervision from Central Michigan University and from Campbell University a Master of Science degree in Government. He is also an adjunct professor at Chaminade University of Honolulu for over 20 years.
